As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Starting Pay: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Interacts with customers via phone, email, and personal contact in a professional and helpful manner.
• Possess the ability to listen to customer concerns, answer questions, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Receives requests for facilities work orders via phone and email.
• Creates and submits facility work orders in a Gulfstream proprietary facilities data base.
• Keeps records of customer interactions
• Develops and maintains site specific knowledge and requirements.
• Reports all potential life safety or unsafe working conditions.

Qualifications/Skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Computer experience; Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
