As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol in SUNNYVALE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate setting, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while you engage with individuals in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires a valid driver's license for the state of employment, as you will be conducting patrols in a vehicle. You will also be expected to utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document activities and incidents. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for positions in the job state.
• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
