Security Office Manager at Allied Universal Security Services
Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting security operations? Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a dedicated Security Office Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our security office while supporting both our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding New Employees: Lead the onboarding process for new security personnel, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
Training: Facilitate and oversee training programs to ensure all employees are well-prepared for their roles and compliant with company standards.
Job Posting Creation: Develop and post job openings when site locations have staffing needs, ensuring timely recruitment of qualified candidates.
Interviewing & Hiring: Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and hire qualified staff for various site locations based on client needs.
Uniform Management & Ordering: Ensure that security staff are properly equipped by managing uniform inventories and ordering supplies as necessary.
Supply Ordering: Oversee the ordering and distribution of office supplies to maintain operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Experience in Office Management: A minimum of 2-3 years of office management or administrative experience, preferably within a security or operations-focused environment.
Strong Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
Leadership and Team Coordination: Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operations and accuracy in all administrative tasks, from uniform ordering to scheduling.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions, ensuring that operations run without disruption.
Proficiency in Office Software: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management tools. Experience with HR software or security management systems is a plus.
Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet the needs of the security team and clients.
Ability to Handle Sensitive Information: High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee or client information.
Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on customer service, ensuring that both clients and staff receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
