Your responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires an armed designation, and candidates must be 21 years or older with a valid FL-SP Registration-AUS. Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing access control procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying environments and conditions.
• Assist in emergency response activities as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and activities within the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential security-related incidents.
• Document and report any irregularities or incidents encountered during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have an Armed Designation, which is a strict requirement.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Florida Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
