Mobile Patrol Officer - Day Shift (4/10 Modified Schedule)

Join our team of dedicated security professionals! We are currently hiring a Mobile Patrol Officer to work the Day shift (must be able to start shift as early as 7am or as late as 1030am and work a 10 hour shift) on a modified 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts per week). This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Qualifications:
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs).
Ability to work weekends and holidays, as required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
Availability for initial training during standard business hours.
Ability to work the Day / Swing hours consistently.
Physical ability to perform the duties of a mobile patrol officer, including driving, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

Conducting proactive mobile patrols of assigned areas, deterring criminal activity and ensuring client safety.
Responding promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other relevant information.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and the public.
Collaborating effectively with other patrol officers and dispatch.
Working independently and as part of a cohesive team, providing mutual support in the field.

As a Security Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
