As a Security Professional -Lobby Access in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

Join our team as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail environment, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves engaging with the public, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing technology to enhance your duties. Pay Rate: $20.35 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall location, including the business premises and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• CA Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Possession of a Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
