Access Control: Monitor entrance and exit points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized individuals are admitted to designated areas.
Security Presence: Maintain a visible, professional security posture throughout the venue to deter unauthorized activity and promote safety.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, disturbances, or medical situations, following all protocols and procedures.
Crowd Management: Help guide guest movement, support orderly entry and exit, and assist in managing large gatherings.
Rule Enforcement: Ensure all venue policies and procedures are followed while delivering respectful and firm direction when needed.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or at least five years of work experience.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a background screening and drug test.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, navigate stairs, and work both indoor and outdoor posts, regardless of weather conditions.
Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
Professionalism: Dependable, alert, and composed in high-pressure situations, with a commitment to upholding a secure and respectful environment.
