As a Security Professional - Food Access Control in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As an Access Control Officer in the food and beverage location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling designated areas. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. This position may require an armed guard card/license, enhancing your ability to respond to potential threats. Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing access control procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
• Assist in responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Engage in emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and activities by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Florida Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Possession of an Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
