Allied Universal is seeking to hire a Full-time Account Manager for Apple - DC in Des Moines, IA. Account Manager jobs at Allied Universal are accountable for the day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop and retain staff; coordinate necessary support services and resolve problems to run the account effectively. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees the maintenance of weekly operating schedules and ensures the completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required. To support and ensure success in this role, we offer a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools, and guidance.
Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $65,000 /Annually
• Schedule: Morning Shift Available / Monday - Friday (Must be Flexible)
Qualifications:
• Experience: Must have 3+ years of Security and 2+ years Management Experience (REQUIRED NO EXCEPTION)
• Skills: Comfortable using technology devices and possessing a valid driver's license.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
