Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Clarksville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

Our team is seeking dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic Tech/Media/Telecom environment. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This position does not require driving or carrying arms, allowing you to focus on creating a secure atmosphere through your presence and interaction with the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and activities by maintaining a visible presence.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting any security-related incidents or suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other personnel to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must provide a recent authorization photo as part of the application process.
  • Applicants are required to submit fingerprints for a background check.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
