Position Overview:
We are hiring a Part-time Armed Security Officer for Black Hills Corp at 7001 Mount Rushmore Rd in Rapid City, SD. You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. This includes issuing access badges and performing regular foot patrols throughout the property. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.
Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $21.39 / hour
• Schedule: Overnight Shifts Available / 12:00 am - 8:00 am / Saturday - Sunday.
• Duties: Foot Patrol and Access Control.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Security Experience, Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program (REQUIRED)
• Skills: Comfortable using technology devices, Concealed Carry Permit, and Armed Guard Permit.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all weather elements.
