Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.
This is a Swing Shift Supervisor role which means you may be required to change their work schedule to match another supervisor who is on vacation or sick leave until further notice. A shift supervisor will need to supervise the dispatch center, manage employee breaks, observe 80+ cameras, and address all security and safety issues across all sites as part of the security contract. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between Site Supervisor, Account Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (4 days)
Shift: 2pm-midnight (10 hours)
Hours per Week: 4 days/week x 10 hours = 40 hours per week
Note: This Supervisor role Hours and shifts may change to match another supervisor while they are on Leave or Vacation.
