As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Officer in an unarmed capacity, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling various areas within the manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with individuals using exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will be visible on platforms and movers, contributing to a secure environment. This role does not require driving or armed duties.

Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Assist in maintaining a secure environment by being observant and reporting any unusual activities or security-related incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and other personnel to address security-related concerns and enhance the overall security posture of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
