As a Security Professional - Aero Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling various areas within the Aero/Defense location, such as platforms and movers, while remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will be expected to display exceptional customer service and communication skills, contributing to a secure and welcoming environment. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, and we prioritize a caring culture that puts people first. This position requires a professional with at least 2 years of security experience and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay Rate: $17.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
