As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling commercial real estate properties, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your duties include monitoring access control systems and managing badge access, utilizing your experience in these areas. While this is an unarmed position, your ability to remain calm and professional in various situations is crucial. Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at different locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• CA Security Professional Guard Card required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
