Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operations at a downtown Chicago museum. This role requires strong leadership and excellent customer service skills, as the Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of security officers and ensuring that high-quality security services are provided to protect people and property. The ideal candidate must possess key competencies such as staff management, financial management, and integrity, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others. Problem-solving, conflict management, and time management are critical, as well as a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction. Supervisory experience is necessary, with the ability to train, mentor, and coach security staff. A background in security operations, law enforcement, or military service is preferred, and the ability to work weekends and assist with hiring and staffing needs is required. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
