As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring various areas within a manufacturing and industrial environment. As an unarmed patrol officer, your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with individuals in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties include maintaining visibility and providing exceptional customer service, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation. You will work collaboratively with your team, always acting with integrity and putting people first in every interaction.

Pay Rate: $19.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Arizona Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Completion of a basic security training course is required and can be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
