1 year of security or security console experience preferred

Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to alarms on multiple monitoring systems
Remotely view and program all DVR’s on network
Access remote alarm systems, where applicable, and make program changes as needed
Responsible for maintaining accurate records and reconciling alarms systems
Assist field technicians with field testing/programming of newly installed alarm systems
Provide support to field technicians as needed for ongoing maintenance systems and device additions or deletes
Schedule and maintain ongoing system of self-tests for various locations
Report system issues and schedule services as needed
Respond to requests for information
