Allied Universal is Hiring Full Time Security Compliance Officers at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in Baltimore, Maryland 

Shifts Available:  Morning, Afternoon, Overnight 

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour

• Must have at least 6 months of security experience.
• Must have a Driver's License with a clean driving record.  

As an Allied Universal Security Compliance Officer, your daily duties are to include the overall of backing and enforcing Maryland Aviation Administration’s (MAA) daily rules and regulations; not to limit our direct daily duties. Compliance Officers work closely with MAA Security, TSA, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, as well as the Badging Office to enforce rules and regulations;  Security Sensitive Information (SSI), will also be handled frequently throughout your shift on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to perform basic tasks on the computer. This may include navigating a browser, operating software systems, and completing any other tasks that make it possible to do your job.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively in a group and/or individual setting 
• Daily Portal checks leading to all secured areas ensuring all locks are functioning
• Pier walks to ensure all safety guidelines are in order
• Walking for the entire shift
• Ensuring that all employees are implementing all airport security procedures
• Ability to conduct audits
• Ability to conduct door/portal inspections
• Outside perimeter and ramp checks

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
